The 3rd Birthday
Hideous creatures descend on Manhattan. Ground reports from the squad tasked with containing the pandemonium refer to these life forms as "the Twisted." An investigatory team known as the CTI is formed within the year. The Overdive system emerges as a means of opposition, but only one viable candidate exists - Aya Brea. A gift as she awakens from a lost past on this, the occasion of her third birth.

Cheat for Free in New Game +
Beat the game to unlock New Game + mode. Here you can unlock cheats in the pause cheat menu by spending BP. To get the cheats free, unlock them and quit without saving. Load your New Game + file a second time and you'll have both the BP and the cheats.

Beat the game twice in any mode to unlock Music Files.
Modes

- Deadly Mode - Complete the game on Hard Mode
- Genocide Mode - Complete the game on Deadly Mode
The Secret Shower Scene can be triggered when you are visiting the CTI or Maeda's base for the second time. Walk to the showers and press X a few times.
Extra Ending Scene
Beat Hard Mode to see an alternate ending scene.
View Mode
Beat the game on any difficulty (with no cheats) and get a AAA score to unlock view mode. In this mode you can view the outfit you used to beat the game.
Costumes
Perform the following actions to unlock additional costumes.
- Apron Dress - Beat the game on Easy Mode
- Business Suit - Beat the game on any mode / Search the CTI Building in the left locker room
- China Dress - Beat the game on Normal Mode
- Knight Armor - Beat the game on Deadly Mode
- Lightning Custom - Complete 57 total feats OR Beat the game on any mode / Have at least 7 Stamps on Square-Enix Member Site OR Beat the Game 9 times on any Mode
- OD Suit - Beat the game 5 times OR Beat the game on any Mode / Have at least 1 Stamp on Square-Enix Member Site
- Santa Soldier - Beat the game on any Mode / Search Maeda's Base, downstairs
- Swim Wear - Beat the game on Hard Mode
